As a real estate agent, we all know that every year in the real estate market gets harder.

Our commission plan is simple:
100% COMMISSION - $450.00 transaction + FMLS fee of 0.0012%
All you pay is $25.00 a month (or $250.00/year) to cover the cost of your Georgia MLS access.
That's all! No splits, no high fees!
